Video Podcasting

This class looks at creating a simple video podcast by editing a lecture-type video presentation and adding Powerpoint-style inserts, using superimposed lower third text, inserting computer screen snapshots plus adding titles/credits. Video editing will be completed with Premiere Pro but the techniques can be applied to almost any video editor. The class will also look at exporting the final video for a variety of uses including on YouTube, as a video file for use on a web site or for use in any standard video podcasts. No previous video editing or podcast knowledge is required. (120 min.)
